Returns

1 - In the event that the CUSTOMER is not completely satisfied, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty being applied to him and without having to report the reasons for his change of heart. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party, designated by the Customer and other than the Carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. In this way it will be possible to obtain a refund of the price paid with exclusion of what was paid as shipping costs at the time of the order.

2 - The CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Picci'S via express declaration sent by registered mail with return receipt or via email: info@piccis.it

3 - No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by Picci'S

4 - The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts - including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment - and complete with the attached tax documentation. The products purchased and therefore returned must be in the same conditions in which they were shipped by Picci's, therefore packaged in their intact original packaging which cannot be damaged in any way. The goods must be intact without having been used or altered in any other way, and the accompanying tax documentation must be present. In the event that the handling of the product has created a decrease in the value of the product itself, Picci'S may request an appropriate monetary refund commensurate with the decrease in the value of the returned product.

5 - The responsibility, risks and costs of returning the goods are borne by the CUSTOMER, the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

Picci'S is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

6 - The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods.

7 - Pursuant to Italian law, the right of withdrawal is reserved to the Consumer, a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out.

8 - Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained and the existence of all return conditions, Picci'S will provide the refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the means used by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the event that the payment was made by bank transfer, the CUSTOMER must indicate their IBAN in order to obtain a refund.

As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Picci'S may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or the CUSTOMER demonstrating that they have sent the goods back to Picci'S.

9 - Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the Seller will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return, through a regular credit note. The aforementioned refund, only if the end customer is a consumer.
